How We Work
How We Work

Whether it is in- person Notarization, Ron or IPEN the following will Apply.

  • You will need valid ID ( Drivers License, State ID, Passport or Military ID
  • You will need to be aware of what the document means and understand what you are signing and must be doing it on your own free will and not under coersion or duress.
  • You must be in Mental Capacity to sign document. Being under the influence, medicated or not cognitive aware will result in not having document notarized.

For IPEN and Ron the same rules above will apply plus the following steps.

  • Contact me to set a date, time and set price.
  • Before the Signing you will need to upload documents so i can prep them for the signing.
  • You will get a Link to complete KBA and ID Verification to prove it is you and applies to other signers as well and must pass it .
  • You will log on to site when time to notarize has arrived. Make sure you run A/V for your computer or phone.
  • Once notarization is done and paid for you will get document emailed to you.
